Madea Homecoming is a Tyler Perry-produced and directed 2022 American comedy film that premiered on Netflix in the same year. Along with Perry, it features Cassi Davis-Patton and David Mann as well as Brandon Black and Gabrielle Dennis as well as Brandon O’Carroll.

The film, the eleventh in the Madea saga, follows Madea as she attends her great-college grandson’s graduation celebration, where she discovers long-kept family secrets.

In 2022, the release date was set to February 25th. It’s the first Madea movie since A Madea Christmas to be based on a stage play, and it’s adapted from Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Farewell Play. Additionally, the film is a hybrid between the Madea franchise and the Irish sitcom Mrs. Brown’s Boys.

The film received a mixed response from critics.
