Pastor Pius Muiru is one of the popular Kenyan televangelists who have been in the industry for a long time. Muiru is the head of the Maximum Miracle Center and has been in the ministry for close to 25 years. He has been a mentor to many and one of his known evangelical student us Pastor Ezekiel Odero of New Life Church.
Yesterday, during the first physical graduation ceremony at the University of Nairobi since Covid-19 pandemic, pastor Pius Muiru was among the graduates. This made him trend as many were wondering which course he was doing at the institution. However, it has now been revealed that the pastor was a student at the law school of University of Nairobi.
According to journalist and politician Bonnie Musambi, Muiru graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the university and he expressed his congratulatory messages to the pastor whom he terned as his spiritual mentor and friend. This now makes Muiru a lawyer by profession outside his evangelical missions.
Despite this good news, inquisitive Kenyans were quick to ask how and when the pastor attended his classes as he was always seen on his crusades and evangelical missions. Some pointed out that his degree might have been gotten in unclear ways.
