Raila Odinga made Gor Mahia’s win over Muhoroni Youth on Sunday 26 November 2023 even more memorable after gifting the club Ksh 1 million.
The former Prime Minister, who arrived in a chopper at the Raila Odinga Stadium to witness Gor’s first ever match at the venue also gave Muhoroni Youth Ksh 500,000.

Benson’s Omalla’s goal in the 16th minute and Christopher’s Ochieng’s late strike ensured K’Ogalo returned to Nairobi with maximum points.
