PRESIDENT RUTO TO LEGALIZE BHANG !?
While the Kenyan government remains adamant on the illegality of narcotics and to be more specific Cannabis Sativa also known as Bhang, the president of the Republic of Kenya today on a tour to Tana River, wore a suggestive outfit.
So peculiar was the President’s shirt which appeared to have a multi print of the Cannabis plant.
They say there can never be smoke without fire and so the President’s shirt remains a point of debate as to whether or not he was quite intensional with the shirt.
Roots party presidential candidate Prof. Wajackoyah is one of the biggest crusaders of Bhang, terming it as a herb with lots of medicinal value. The Western Kenya politician has made numerous attempts to make the plant legal in the country.
President Ruto was commissioning the Tana Delta Irrigation Project where he issued cheques to the fishing community of Tana River. He is currently doing a coastal Kenya tour.
