Famous tiktoker Rose Atieno alias Nyako has accused Brian Chira of repeatedly defaming her on social media platform, she revealed her intention to take legal action against Brian, during a live session Chira
accused Nyako for saying she helped him yet it’s the public that had financed him.
During a tiktok live session with Obidan Dela, Nyako explained that she had decided to take action because Chira had insulted her online claiming she had enough evidence, this comes weeks after Azziad
had taken legal actions on Chira after defaming her and giving out her personal number to the public ‘Hivi vile anaendelea, huyu kijana ashanitusi online mara kadhaa na videos ziko. To stop this, I have to go

Obidan attempted to calm Nyako down, but his plea fell on deaf ears. Nyako expressed that Chira accused her even after she defended him during Azziad lawsuit. On his part Dela admitted to have been the one who reached out to Nyako and giving her the permission to asist Chira and was disappointed that he insulted her.
According to Chira, Nyako only provided a platform that facilitated the contribution and did not use her own money,he went further to say that she doesn’t care about him claiming that she is not his mother
‘Nyako kuja hapa. Ooh I paid rent for you, you paid rent for who? How much money did you use? Pesa niya kuchangwa ilichangwa ndio ikanunua kila kitu kwa hii nyumba,’ Chira said.
Chira later asked for forgiveness stating that those words wre spoken in a moment of anger, and it wasn’t his true self. However he later acknowledged that he actually made those statements.
