Outspoken member of parliament for Lang’ata constituency Phelix Oduor whose nickname is Jalang’o or Jalas is in hospital. The first time member of parliament took to his Instagram account to share with his followers what he is going through by revealing he got injuries.
Jalang’o who is a passionate basketball player revealed that he got injures while playing basketball earlier on. At first, he thought it was a small injury where he got first aid at the pitch but he later realize it was getting worse. This made him seek further treatment in hospital.
In the photos he shared, it can be seen that he got injured in his left ankle and got bandaged at the pitch. In another photo, he is seen smiling while lying on a Magnetic Resonance Imaging bed as he captions it saying ‘smiling into MRI’.
Jalang’o is among the Kenyan members of parliament who are great sportsmen comprising the parliamentary sports teams. Among other notable sportsmen in the assembly are Hon. Otiende Amollo, Ho.
