3. Certification
Certification of youth with skills but no certificate requires one to be:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 29
- Have attained education up to form four-level or below
- Must be unemployed currently
- Must not be enrolled in any school or planning to enroll in school in the next 8 months
Certification for master craftsmen (master craftsmen are people with special skills that have been practiced over time)
- There is no age limit
- One must be proficient in a certain skill or craft, which is considered useful to the society and one that has economic relevance viability

KYEOP Online Application Forms
The first step to being part of the KYEOP project is filling an application form. If you plan to apply for this project online, you need to visit the KYEOP website and click on the application form tab. This tab will prompt you to fill out the form. Those who may not have the opportunity to get the application forms online can visit their local chief’s office and collect the forms. About 20 application forms per location together with a copy of the application advertisements are availed to chiefs for this purpose.
