The country has been united on a very peculiar occurance of one socialite Kinuthia receiving a vaginal service at a spa. Many are left asking questions as to whether he is a man or a woman.
Kinuthia whose gender is not known is also believed to be transgender according to some. However to date, much as his mother has not contradicted the fact that she gave birth to a bouncing baby boy, she is not sure what may have happened mid way her son growing up.
