What is the Return and Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, you can do so easily on their website or app. If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, you can receive the applicable refund against the cancelled order in your FirstCry Cash Wallet. You can use this refund further during your next purchase. You can also choose to get your refund transferred to your respective bank, card or wallet by logging into your FirstCry account. Additionally, you can cancel combo products too through the ‘Cancel’ button provided against specific combo on the order details page.

In addition, if you wish to cancel the assembly service online, you can do so via the ‘Cancel’ link provided against specific assembly service on the order details page. You can choose to receive the applicable refund against the order in either your FirstCry Cash Wallet, respective bank, card or wallet. Note that when the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel an individual product, as complete shipment or package would get cancelled. Most products come with a 30-day return policy. However, the criteria for return or replacement can vary according to product category. For example, products under the ‘Birthday’ category have a return/exchange period of 2 days from the date of delivery. Also, hygiene products such as, baby diapers, diaper rash cream, maternity accessories, baby pacifiers, and kids’ food and nutritional supplements are not accepted for return or replacement.

How to Cancel, Return or Exchange a Product

Post successful cancellation of your order, your refunds would be provided as per applicability. The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. To cancel your order, follow these steps:

  • Login to your FirstCry account on web or app and navigate to ‘Order Details’ page under the ‘My Account’ section.
  • Choose the order you wish to cancel and click on the ‘Cancel Order’ button.
    Mention the reason for cancellation of your order and confirm the cancellation.
  • You can check the refund related details under the ‘Cash in my Account’ section.
  • You will receive a mail with the final status of the request once the cancellation request is submitted.

If you have quality concerns with a product, you may also request for replacement/exchange within the specified window after the delivery of the selected products. Once you receive the product, you may visit the ‘Order History’ section on the ‘Order Details Page’ and click on the ‘Replace or Exchange’ button. If the payment mode during the purchase was ‘Cash on Delivery’ the refund amount will be sent to the bank account of your choice. You can provide the bank details during the refund process. Also, if you made the payment through Loyalty Cash, Guaranteed Savings Offer and Gift Certificate the amount will be refunded back to the respective source.
