Effects of eating too much eggs

0
1. Heart disease

Eggs contain around 60% fat, the majority of which is saturated fat. Eggs are also heavy in cholesterol, with a typical-sized egg containing 200 mg. That is more than double the price of a Big Mac. Cholesterol and fat have an impact on heart disease.

2. Bloated stomach

Consuming too many eggs might also cause digestive issues. Egg intolerance symptoms include flatulence, stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting, and headaches, according to Healthline.

3. Increased resistivity to insulin.

Eggs contain a lot of fat, but healthy fat. The fats in eggs may have a significant impact on your blood sugar, especially if you overindulge. They may aggravate insulin resistance, which hinders your body from effectively utilizing blood sugar for energy. As a result, you’ll create more insulin, causing your blood sugar levels to rise.
