The Migori Women representative ‘Fatuma Full Network’ has come out gunblazing a short while ago at the Migori bus park warning former Governor Okoth Obado obado of his alleged suspicious involvement with the Nyatike sub county gold mines.
It appears the issue is now a thorn in the flesh of gold cartels within the region. Both locals and non locals.
According to Madam Fatuma, gold in Nyatike is a no go zone for non Migorians as she seems to have targeted Obado and his cronies milking from the mineral.
She claims there are plans to make the area a forest reserve thus mask it up all in the name of conservation. The lawmaker was speaking at the Raila Odinga led visit at the Migori bus park minutes ago.
