CS ELIUD OWALO MOVES WITH SPEED TO SAVE GOR MAHIA FROM FKF, CAF, FIFA LOCK OUT.
Gor Mahia is currently going through a series of problems with football authorities both locally and internationally. The KPL champs have had to sqaure out with FIFA, CAF and our own FKF.
The club has been accused of many atrocities among them failure to pay players due debts before the begining of next season. They also risk being left out of the CAF games.
Therefore as an avid fan and active supporter of Gor Mahia FC, Waziri Hon. Eliud Owalo this morning had a joint meeting with Gor officials and FKF officials, as part of seeking an amicable solution to the current impasse.
Present from the Gor Mahia side was the Chairman, Ambrose Rachier; Vice Chairman, Francis Wasuna; Secretary, Sam Ochola; and Executive Comittee Member, Gerphas Okuku.
FKF was represented by the CEO, Barry Otieno; Head of Competitions and Licensing, Doreen Nabwire; and Ms. Grace Shauri.
“Constant consultations between stakeholders are imperative in the running of any sport.” Said CS Owalo
