There asome types of food that are proven to be so ideal when it comes to performance on bed. They will add you energy to help you last long and satisfy your partner. Here are some of them;

  1.  Chocolate

Chocolate will release serotonin which is the hormone responsible for feelings of happiness in the body. It also contains phenylethylamine which is a chemical in the brain that causes feelings of lust and love. Chocolate will therefore improve your moods and sex drives making you go long.

2.  Avocado

Avocado is one of the most liked and loved fruit and this has made it be somehow expensive in the urban centres. This fruit is so rich in heart-healthy fats and fiber which will increase your energy to last long in bed.

3. Coffee and tea

Taking some cups of coffee or tea before starting the act will make you take long as coffee and tea contain caffeine which will lower the chances of erectile dysfunction and it also beef up your nervous system.

4. Banana

Banana is among the common fruits that we consume regularly. However, many may not knowb that this fruit has sex benefits as it contains simple carbohydratea that will give you energy to last a long time.

5. Ginger

Ginger is a spicy ingredient that enhances arterial health and blood flow, making it simpler to become aroused and have fun.
