7.One Must Be A Kenyan Citizen by the available parameters and therefore cannot be successfully selected for the service without this requirement being met.

10.Physical fitness is regarded as a primary requirement to join the forces as there is more to physical well being than just anything else .Therefore one must be physically fit.
11.The minimum attainment of KCSE is a D (Plain) and above mean grade.
12.Minimum height for both men and women is 5 Feet and nothing less.
13.The minimum weight For Men is 54.5kgs.It is therefore important to enrole into classes of physical fitness months to the exercise so that one cannot be caught up with diswarranting weight.
