A building that was under construction in Roysambu has collapsed. The building that was located at Mirema Springs within the Roysambu collapsed at night leaving residents scared.
However, according to witnesses, there is no injuries or casualties reported so far and this came as a relief to the residents around. The real cause of this incident has not been established but many blame it on poor construction. Others claim that the building was quite too tall.
Cases of building collapsing within Nairobi county have been so rampant. Between last year to now, there have been more than five cases of buildings going down. Many of them have been with casualties and residents are urging the government to take serious measures to curb this as they also put strict laws to ensure no substandard buildings are allowed.
